Hey I am looking for a song title I think the song is by the band Blur and the video was a milk carton trying to find its way home (i know sounds like a joke) It was like a low tempo beat and I think it was out in like 1999

I haven't heard of it, but have you checked at Launch, search for Blur and see what comes up, or maybe looking at Lyrics.com you could maybe find the name of the song there. Sorry, I wasn't more helpful.
