Hey! I missed this week's episode. Could you give me a run-down?? PLEASE!!

hahaha, I'll certainly try. My tape failed to record this episode so I've only seen it once, therefore this is fresh off the top of my head...

Alright, well it starts off with Jin and Mag goin' through trash dumpsters looking for a knife a witness had told them about. They're kinda joking around but Mag points out the fact Jin is back to work pretty soon after going cold turkey-we later find out Jinny has been sober for three weeks. She looks surprisingly good, perhaps too good? Anyway, Jin finds the knife and a body also, which leads to the investigation.

The 5 inspectors join together on this one case of a highschool football player and Nate goes undercover as an assistant coach. In Nate's first scene he gets shot some pretty evil looks by C.D. We first see Nate taking a personnal day with Lily, and C.D. is probably ticked about that, cause boy was she lookin' mad...

Here, let me sum up the case as quick as possible:
Teenager ends up found dead. They assume it's from friends or something. Toxocology report shows steroids in his system. They do a search of every football player's locker, comes up empty. Coach had pre-warned them of the search. Trace Kyle, the victim, back to a gym where he worked out. Talked to owner of gym, found Kyle's blood outside of it. Later learn Kyle's sis was on steroids and drugs. Kyle had stopped them six months earlier and got ticked about his sis doing them so he went to see the owner of the gym that night who we find out was dealing the drugs...
Kyle threatened to tell about the steroids if anyone dealt to his sister again so one of his teammates killed him to keep him quite. So there ya go...

Now as for the characters...

Raina was herself. The dude who owned the gym made some smart, sexual, comment to her and she let him have it. She was partnered up with C.D. and kinda hid behind C.D's toughness a couple times. She also prodded into Nate/C.D's relationship, which got C.D. thinking about Nate even more i'm sure....

Cap was there a pretty good amount doing her Cap work. There was a scene with her and Jinny! AWESOME STUFF! She was asking Jinny if she was over "the flu" and if she planned on getting "sick" anymore. Jin said she was takin' it one day at a time and Cap repeated "one day at a time" and Jin got up to leave and hesitated for a few seconds looking everywhere but at Cap then she finally looked at Cap and said "thanks". It was great! I coulda hugged my TV! Hopefully great things are to come with the two of them....hopefully!

As for Nate we saw him with Lily a lot for the first time really. Lily said she might love him and he wasn't exactly keen on that. I think he truly likes C.D...or I hope so. ANYWAY! At the end he gave C.D. the whistle he used when he went under cover as coach....

....C.D. then took the whistle and put it in her locker. Nate meant it as a joke, but C.D. kept it, a sign that she has feelings for him! Magda asked C.D. if she was ok with Nate and LIly and it was hinted at that C.D. didn't realize what was going on to the fullest extent until now. C.D. said she was ok but was obviously lying...

Magda was herself. Nothing spectacular except that at the end we find out Gabe was cooking her dinner.....and to think she's two timing him. BARF!

Jinny had the scene with Cap, and then the entire drugs theme paralleled her struggles. At the end though she went to see a priest at her old church. We find out her mother went to this same priest and to the church when she was struggling with her own life, and they were unable to help, hence she killed herself. Jinny says she's finally forgiven her mother but doesn't know how she can come to a church that let her mother do that and how she can forgive a God who took her mom away. She talks with the priest face to face and they thin maybe he should try and help Jin since he was unable to save Jin's mom.
We'll have to wait and see about that entire turn....

There was probably a lot more but everything's running together now. If ya have any questions I'll try and answer them! Sorry ya missed the episode.

Oh,one great line...Mag and Jin spent a lot of time at school since they were questioning people and they were at the Division and Mag told Jin they had to go back to the school to question others. Jin said something along the lines of...
"Again? I didn't spend this much time at school when I was in highschool."

It was really funny, then followed by the Jin/Cap scene....

Thanks for the re-cap. We went to Texas for our friend's kids graduation, and I forgot to set the VCR before I left. Sounds like I missed alot! Anyway, thanks again for the re-cap.
