*** This is my first post on the internet.Please don't be frightened,it's gonna be good.I promise.
It's season 3,mid-episode 'Ghost A Go Go' with a twist.***

'Ghost A Go Go-Go Home"

Gilligan/Mary Ann angst romance

1.
The hut seemed darker than usual,probably because Gilligan had strung up blankets over the windows and door.The Skipper sat at the table with the lantern on as his littlebuddy paced back and forth nerviously.
"Gilligan,why don't you try and get some sleep?"The Skipper asked once he had had enough.
"I can't sleep Skipper,not with that ghost out there."He replied,not able to get the worry out of his voice as he stopped pacing.
"Gilligan there is no such thing as a ghost."The Skipper said losing his temper quickly.
"Yeah there is Skipper,I saw it lastnight and so did the girls and Howells."Gilligan told him.
"You probably just saw fog like the Professor suggests."Skipper said.
"I don't think so Skipper.Just look outside."Gilligan said,absolutely sure theey had all seen a ghost.With a sigh the Skipper stood up and went to the window.Just as he pulled the blanket back he saw something just the otherside of camp moing through the trees.It was white and moaning.Quickly he pulled the blanket backand stepped from the window.
"You saw it."It wasn't a question but a statement.
"Oh little buddy,I'll never doubt anything you say again."He said,his face seeming alittle paler than a moment a go.
Both men jumped when their door opened and the girls and Howell's came in,all frightened and worried.
"Oh Skipper can we stay here tonight?"Mr Howell asked for all of them.
"I guess but we only have two hammocks."The Skipper said and no sooner had the words come out of his mouth did he and three of the four run to the bottom hammock and climb in.
Mary Ann stood and watched,Gilligan stood by his hammock and also watched.Their eyes met across the hut and he motioned her over.
"Here,you can have my hammock."He said softly.She was alittle surprised and asked.
"Where are you going to sleep?"
"Over in the chair."He said,really wanting her to be comfortable.
"Gilligan I can't let you sleep over there.It's your hammock you should take it."She argued,not wanting to put him out of his own hammock.
"Oh would you two figure it out already?"Ginger half whined from below as she still faught to get comfy.Looking at eachother for only a moment Gilligan bent and picked her up and set her in the hammock and cclimbed in next to her.They both pressed together and with only one more look said.
"Good night."To the other's and closed their eyes.
Below them they heard."A Howell is sleeping a Howell is sleeping."Mr Howell yelled just before the line at the other end snapped and they dropped halfway to the ground.

2.
Somehow they all fell asleep where they were and remained that way 'til morning.The Professor was the first one up in the camp,he went into the full hut and stopped.Never had he seen a sight like the one before him.In the lower sack were Mr Howell,
followed by Mrs Howell leaning against him,with Ginger pressed between her and the Skipper.He looked up at the top sack and smiled a small smile.The two youngest castaways were sound asleep in eachother's arms.Mary Ann's head rested below Gilligan's chin on his chest,and her arms were around his stomach.He had his wrapped gently around her back and one of his legs was overlapping hers by her knee.
"What a picture."the Professor said referring to the whole lot of 'em.He looked down at his watch and saw that it was a little after 7 and there was alot that needed to be done.He knelt down and gently shook the Skipper awake.He came too quickly and quietly stood up with the younger mans help.He looked around the hut,his eyes falling on Gilligan and Mary Ann then the rest.They went outside to talk.
"I guess you all had a long night."The Professor said leaning against the table and crossing his arms.
"I'll say we did.Right after I saw the ghost they all came in and jumped in the hammock."Skipper told the more skeptical man.
"I see."The Professor said,and stood and listened to the Skipper's recoletion from the night before.

Hey! Wow, it's been a really long time, but I JUST found this post. I donno how I missed it. If you're still checking the boards, PLEASE POST MORE! I love it so far - it's so cute! I'm really interested to see where you're going with this!
