Almost all DVDs are encrypted with MacroVision, which prevents duplication. If you want to make screen caps, you need a DVD-ROM drive and software that allows you to make screen caps from your DVD drive.

screen caps are no problem...its the videos that i want and can't get yet.
i have a DVD-ROM drive in my computer, but i def. wouldn't use it to get videos from any DVD...you can't, using the software that came w/ it im talkin about actually hooking up a DVD Player to my computer, cuz my video card has software to get video clips from any VCR/video camera/cable/DVD player/whatever. but i guess Macrovision (i always wondered what it was called lol) prevents it...guess I'll have 2 find a way around it |
