This is an episode list of how the series was produced:
Season 1 eps. in Blue
Season 2 eps. in Red

01. Pilot
02. Second Episode
03. France
04. Grief Counselor
05. Gimme a C
06. Little Andy Takes Charge
07. Wedding
08. Bully the Kid
09. The Show Might Go On
10. Duh Dog
11. We're All the Same, Only Different
12. Twins
13. Holy Sheep
14. Relationship Ripcord
15. The Maid Man
16. Final Fantasy
17. Crazy in Rio
18. Charity Begins in Cellblock D
19. Saturday Early Evening Fever

However, FOX aired the show in this order:
01. Pilot
04. Grief Counselor
06. Little Andy Takes Charge
02. Second Episode
05. Gimme a C
07. Wedding
11. We're All the Same, Only Different
12. Twins

13. Holy Sheep
14. Relationship Ripcord
09. The Show Might Go On
17. Crazy in Rio

Why would FOX screw up the order of the show so bad? Episode 2 was aired as episode four despite the title "Second Episode."

They left out:
08. Bully the Kid
10. Duh Dog
16. Final Fantasy
18. Charity Begins in Cellblock D
19. Saturday Early Evening Fever
