I'd have to say Ned Flanders!

Homer was always stealing from him and Flanders just let's him have it. He even sent them to a lepar camp when they thought they caught leporacy. And told his kids no christmas this year!

I came on these boards not to offend anyone and If I did I didn't mean to. I Just Didn't think it was bragging but just sharing the truth!Iam not a interlllectual snob by any means.

They were one of the wackiest neighbors on TV but underrated. Ann Morgan Guilbert and Mary Tyler Moore played off each other very well.
