I've been wondering about this for some time: was "The Lucy-Desi comedy hour" just a regular episode of an antholagy show that Desilu had at the time? I know it was only on once a month. Also, I know that Desilu hhad an antholagy show in the late 50s, but what was it called?

You're absolutely correct, Desilu Playhouse was the name and the Lucy Desi comedy hour just a part of it, so the ratings for those shows were always huge but for everything else they weren't so hot, but they weren't cancelled because of that, but because of the divorce!
