First scene is when Juilo's relatives moves in with Fred. The little boy was able to up the price on a lamp and made Fred $10 extra Dollars. So here is the scene

Fred:You Amigo, that was real nice of you to up the price like that, give me five

Little Boy: No give me Ten!-(This is where TV LAND Stops showing the scene)

Fred: What?

Little Boy: That's my ten dollars

Fred: Your ten Dollars?

Little Boy: Yeah it's my ten dollars, i up the price and you got five dollars instead of ten. So i want my ten dollars!

Fred: You know you got a good head on your shoulders, WANT TO SEE ON THE FLOOR???-LOL LOL

I love that exchange so much.

I compared "Rated X" today and a scene on the DVD that is not on either the TV Land or UPN version is where Fred is telling Lamont about his soup and Fred sings the Campbell's Soup jingle.
("Sanford's Meatloaf Soup is Mmm Mmm Good")

There is also a scene where Lamont catches Fred lapping in the soup that isn't included. (This was on my UPN version but not the TV Land version)

TVLand and UPN also cuts short the Charles Laughton impression and where Fred worries about getting his social security cut by being in prison.

The TV Land version also cuts out the scene with the director after Lamont goes to make his phone call (it is in my UPN version).

There's also an extended scene of Esther reading from the bible ("I don't hear no amen!") that isn't on either version.

I can't even see if it;'s on my UPM version because I left my list of episodes at work so i don't even know what tape it's on.
