Question Anywhere in Europe

If you could go anywhere in Europe, where would you go?

I'm asking because I've got a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I'm living in Europe for another three months, I've got a credit card and my parents' blessing. Cheap airfare anywhere in the European Union. Where should I go? Here are the places on my list already:

Paris, France
Venice, Italy
Vienna, Austria
St Petersburg, Russia

I am already set to go to London and Copenhagen. Just wondering if any of you have any other ideas?

I hear Spain is very nice. Switzerland too. I work with a few Bosnians and they were talking about Sarajevo and showing me pics of it now that it is all rebuilt and it is really beautiful.

Hmm.....well Russia isn't in the European Union. If you're only allowed to travel within the EU, you can cross that one off your list. I'm actually going to study abroad in Barcelona in two years because I've heard it's a magnificent city. I've always wanted to go back to Poland, but since I'm from there, it's only natural. Plus, you might get lost since you don't know the language. It's easier than Russian though. But then again, it's not in the EU. (Not at the moment anyway, but it's in the process of joining very soon.)

My cousin did that for a year.

Anyway...I'd go to Ireland, England, Scotland, or Italy.

I've been living within the EU for the past nine months - believe me, I know Russia isn't in it. However it's not gonna be too hard to make it there, since we're planning on flying to Finnland and then taking a boat to St Petersburg. I'm not worried about the language since I studied Russian last year It's not that I have to stay within the EU, it's just cheaper airfare if I do

If we're talking anywhere, why not Rome, Italy...

Ireland must be nice, too...I'm not sure of any particular city, though.

It's not part of Europe, but I really want to go to Russia someday. I want to go to Egypt, too. Poland would be nice to go to because my great grandparents were Polish and I would like to trace my family routes. I'd also like to go to Italy, Germany and France.

Well actually my aunt is taking me with her and a couple of her friends to Florence Italy for 2 weeks actually its one week but then she is taking me to Germany the second week this is in september and I can't wait. Yes and my aunt heard that Italy the tourism is down right now becuase of the war stuff and what the Italians did during the war so there making things a little cheaper to bring back more tourists so right now Italy is a great place to go its a little cheaper anyways.
