She finally emailed me 5/27/2003 1:36:35 AM and said "I sent your tapes and I can PROVE I sent your tapes so I dont owe you
anything." Now how in the world did she send ALL my tapes at 1:36:35 AM when every post office i know of was closed and yesterday was a holiday ??????

ok she emailed me May 15th and said "I sent 8 Petticoat Juncton and 4 Greecres tapes. I am getting ready to
send you the other 2 PJ tapes by Saturday. "

Teboomer is a ripper and a thief, i don't care who defends her on here, i will not and cannot think differently as theres too much proof on her posts and a blind man can see this is so if they will only read the posts. I would advise anyone not to deal with her as she cheated me out of 150.00 of which i could have used easily for my 3 children . I don't make much money and 150.00 is a lot to me and no , it does not make me happy to toss it to dishonest people like Tina Leadbetter.

I have asked politely over and over for a refund, but no ,she thinks she is in the right . NOTHING she does or says makes it right.

read the post where she posed as someone else using the name - McJohnc . This alone is enough not to trust her. She also emailed me under this name posing as someone who knew Teboomer, saying I was the one with a bad attitude for asking a refund. I wonder how long she has been at her little game and how many other folks she has stolen from ???

I guess if she chooses to ruin her reputation and business , its her choice.
And no, don't anyone blame me and Jeneric or anyone else for her dishonesty. We never made her dishonest, but by revealing her to everyone, i hope it will make her think of the wrong she has done,and maybe keep other honest people from losing their money to her. i scanned the money order before i mailed it to her and if someone wants to see it i will mail it to you or if i knew how to attach it here i would for everyone to see. i also have the receipt for it also.

By the way, Dave, all you need is the receipt for this thing to file against Tina with the USPS. She would know that herself since she works there.

Thanks for that !! Did you say she works at USPS ? Oh my goodness, its some telling what shes involved in , That explains how (she said) she must of sent my tapes a 1 oclock in the morning. She must have a key !! People all over the world must be losing packages, and so ...... Maybe USPS needs informed of this. I wander if its their policy that an employee enters the office after hours ???

You have a scan of the money order but you don't show PROOF she cashed it. Where is the BACK of the money order? Did she cash the money order? or just receive it? maybe she didn't cash it. If she didn't cash the money order it is not mail fraud.

I have the same email account jenericbooks@hotmail.com. I just planned for this very possiblity when I wrote to Tina that she would do the same thing she did to dave w. so I wrote from a disposable email account of my husband's.

Obviously Tina has been at this game long enough to know how to work the system in her favor. Beware anyone who gets burned by her and emails her with even the most mild aggravated tone. But rest assured, she'll get her just due, though not necessarily by our timetable.
