I assume you mean the episode rather appropriately entitled Dope. It is episode 8 from the first season.

For those that don't know, a "bong" is a water pipe intended primarily for smoking marijuana.

Yeah, I really wanted to see that episode, but they skipped it! N@N has something against showing anything with marijuana. They skipped the FOL episode, they skipped the "I Do, I Do" episode of L&S (which I have a script copy of and it doesn't make it seem like dope is GOOD, they make it seem like a bad thing, which it is)...

well, i sent them a letter asking them why they dont air all of the fol eps and they said that they will eventually air all of the episodes just not all at the same time becuase then they would loose viewers such as people who only watch nick at nite to get all of the episodes... so, when they start all over again they are going to include all the ones they skipped this time around but skip some episodes that they did air this time around the block... sooo, they will probably eventually air it, just maybe not right away, and maybe Lavern and Shirly girl is right, they may not air it becuase it is provoking marijuana use and showing kids and teenagers who mostly watch nick at nite that drug use is ok... Which it isnt... but i am sure they will air it!! HOPEFULLY!!! kids, teenagers, and adults especially know whats right and wrong!!

Cool

It's good to hear that they are going to go back and show the episodes they skipped.

But it seems like they are skiping all of the 'controversial'(did I spell that right?)
episodes. Look, they skipped the 'bong' episode as gemini puts it, the 'Natalie almost gets raped' episode, the one where Blair's mom has a lump in her breast, and the cocaine episode. I know they skipped other ones, like when Jo almost became a nun, and the episode where they take Mrs Garrett to the male strip club.
It lead me to believe that they werent going to show those episodes, but I guess im wrong.
But that's a good thing.

Nick at Nite also skipped the suicide episode.

So yeah, it did look suspiciously like they skipped all the episodes with anything controversial in them. However, why would N@N skip the "controversial" episodes when they used to air All in the Family at 10 at night? It don't make sense!

Makes me wonder if they'll air the 9th season episode where Natalie and Snake get it on...

well first of all they didnt skip the episode where blairs mom may have breast cancer... cuz i taped it off of nick at nite and second of all, the controversal episodes are the ones that EVERYONE is DYING to see... so they figure why not skip the episodes that everybody wants to see and then play them later so they'll still watch nick at nite for those episodes.... so keep watchign and im sure that you'll eventually see them all!!! bye bye!

I'm sure they're not planning to skip ALL the controversial episodes in the second time around, but I'm betting they'll never show "Dope". If they do, I'll be extremely mad, because L&S has had God knows how many runs on N@N and they've NEVER shown I Do, I Do.
