I think the Raven character is a little too over-the-top. I hope in later episodes they tone her down a little bit, because she can be really likable.

I don't feed into smart remarks anymore so it wouldn't have been a fight.

No the sillyness is what people watch it for!People don't give shows a chance anymore don't critique it yet let season 1 pass then you can say such things they have to get people interested in it first! It is a comedy!!!!

Yeah but does she have to act that silly? Prime example, i looked at it today and it was the episode when Raven's teacher wanted to talk to her mother. Raven was dressed as a older heavyset woman trying to pretend to be her mother. I never seen a teenager on a sitcom act so goofy. Honestly, she is a little worse than Urkel.

Well that is your opinion but i think it's cute!Disney's main focus is to create characters out of people you really wouldn't expect to act like that like Lizzie being the least popular girl in school and the same with Raven I can't relate to the characters cause im a man,but i do think that it's unique of the girls to take on such hilarious roles you don't usually see a girl that cute act so stupid I am kinda starting to agree with the too goofy thing but ive seen some unaired episodes and it does come more to life just keep watchin it

I agree, I think it would be good for the show if they toned down Raven a bit. Whenever Raven stops acting over the top and starts acting more human, she's a lot more likable, IMO. However, I guess I'm not the target audience for this show seeing that I'm 19, so what do I know?

I just never seen a goofy female teenage character in all my years of watching TV Sitcoms.

That's what makes it so fun to watch, after all, it is a comedy, she's supposed to act goofy.
