My friend says Blaire was from Connecticut. I say she was from NYC. Does anyone know for sure?

And let's remember that this is fiction, not a documentary. Since Blair doesn't actually exist, "proof" of her origin also doesn't exist. It's not like we can produce a birth certificate or driver's license.
