Default anyone dealt with this person ??

i sent 150.00 to this person and they say they on April 3rd via email they received it .they also say on may 8th they sent part of my order . i asked for a confirmation # and last email they said they sent it, which they didnt. i havent received any of my order either. if anyone has dealt or has info on this person , please email me at brusherdw@hotmail.com

Yes, I have. I ordered $100 worth of tapes from her in early February, and she emailed me on 2/11/03 when she received it (I've saved all of the emails she sent). She told me that it'd take her between 2-3 weeks for the entire order.

About a month ago, I received half of my order. Tina told me that she'd also sent the other half shortly thereafter, which I never received, but when I offered to let her off of the hook for this obligation by merely mailing me the dated postal delivery confirmation form since this really wouldn't be her fault if this was the case, she declined to send it to me. Checking the delivery confirmation # Tina provided on USPS on-line, it perpetually states:

There is no record of that item. If it was mailed recently, information may not yet be available. Please try again later
which basically means that I was given an invalid number since it has been over a month, and information on delivery confirmation slips shows up within 48 hours of being mailed. When I told Tina
(teboomer) that there was no record with the USPS and that the postal worker I checked with said that the package was either stolen by a postal worker or never even sent, she then told me that she would replace them.

Of course references are not always gospel, but initially, I inquired about Tina and got only good comments from fellow traders. I never heard from anyone who actually bought tapes from her, and then later only from those who'd bought a tape or two, not $100 worth.

I have done 1000's of trades with her and I ALWAYS got my tapes. I have no prblem trading with her since I have ALWAYS RECEIVED my tape from her.

I done several trades with her and have ordered tapes from her with no problem. The quality is always great and she usually sends my tapes out fast.

i just received a wrong confirmation # also from this Tina. i can understand a mis type but since it was Feb. with Jeneric and also a wrong # also , it should make folks beware !!
I also have all emails between our trade and one stating she received my 150.00 money order, also a scan i can post of my money order before i sent it to her.
if im in the wrong, i will certainly apoligize but not until i receive my refund or order !!

No the person everybody needs to AVOID is David WIREMAN! I can PROVE I sent you 12 tapes. I am refunding you the rest of your money for the remaining 9 tapes. So I don;t have to put up with your OBNOXIOUSNESS any more.

whoever wants to see the money order scan i sent this very unbusiness like , email me. also you should refund Jeneric for what you owe her. i dont want partial refund as i havent received anything from you, i want all 150.00. as i said if the confirmation # was correct it would show at www.usps.com
why should folks stay away from me ? all im doing is trying to get my hard earned money back of which i never received any thing for. do we just toss our earnings up in smoke ??

I don't think it's wise to send someone off these boards $150. I done a trade with Tina and it went well but it was only $10. I'm too scared to send anyone that much money-LOL

I just didn't think someone ordered that many tapes-LOL Damm 21 tapes is a lot of tapes. I was reading his email and i saw your name and i was so surprised. And then i was like not Teboomer. No it couldn't be. But I do hope you and him work everyting out.

He ordered 21 tape and then wanted them done ASAP, like the next day! It takes TIME to do 21 tapes. I have told him I would refund his money for the remaining 9 tapes but he doesn't want the refund. I have told him I would replace the tapes if they were lost and doesn't seem to want that either! All he does is sent obnoxious abusive harassing e-mails.

I guess he figured since you received his $150, that u should try to get his order done ASAP. That's just a guess.

no, i never said i didnt want a refund. i want the tapes i paid for and if you dont want to send them, i want a full refund, not just a partial refund. you state plainly on your website you will replace tapes lost by usps. And i have never received the first tape. I never received a confirmation # that www.usps.com has a record of either. the # you send is incorrect. i have asked you time and again to settle this peacefully, but seems you dont want to stand behind your word. you shouldnt advertise you will replace lost tapes if you wont stand behind it. why havent you settled what you owe Jeneric as well. shes 100 percent honest and a great person. everyone has given you great references and i could understand if the confirmation had been correct. i ask you again to settle peacefully by refunding my 150.00 or send all the tapes i ordered. and also keep me posted or email me your intentions.
