PastTimes carries sets (not sure if VHS or DVD) of the show here in UK. Can even purchase it at WHSmith (bookstore). Check and see if PastTimes has a website and if you can order it from there. I know they have US catalogs.

Only the movie version of 'Are You Being Served' is available in the UK at the moment on DVD:

Hi,
You can get all 34 episodes of "Arte you being served" on DVD in a special box set. It is region 1 has 7 discs and I have seen it many times on Ebay for round about $70.00 brand new.
