Smile Truth or Fiction Game

I played this game with my X-Phile friends and we had a blast. Here's what you do: think of 3 unusual facts about yourself, and one lie. Then everyone has to guess which one is the lie. I'll go first. I'll wait until I have a few people try before I give away my lie!

1. I was once injected with radioactive isotopes.

2. I once rode in an elevator with Foreigner's (you know, the rock band) drummer.

3. The Governor of Florida once crawled through some hedges just to turn on a light for me.

4. A homeless man once helped me get onto Miami's Metro-Rail without putting a quarter in the turnstile.

OK, guess away!!

Love,

Wing<><

Hey, that sounds like fun....Let me try....Guess the lie:

1. I watched double episodes of "WINGS" on NICK last night.

2. I once had an Italian cab driver give me a foot rub.

3. I once gave Crystal Bernard a foot rub.

4. People keep mistaking me for Tim Daly.

OK, guess away!

OK, either they're ALL lies

Or just #3... cuz I'm pretty darn sure you've never actually touched Crystal Bernard.

Nantucket, I'll guess that #4 is your lie. And does MA stand for Massachusetts? I think I'd like to go there someday.

I forgot to say... when you give away the lie you have to tell about the other things. So now, Nantucket, you have to tell about meeting Steven, etc.

Here's mine -- #2 was the lie.

(1) Yes, there is a medical test called a bone scan, where you are injected with radioactive isotopes and they say they won't hurt you! Then after they "soak" into your bones, they use a special camera to read the levels in your bones. My test was normal.

(2) No, I never rode the elevator with Foreigner's drummer. My best friend, did though.

(3) Yes, I had to attend a reception at the Governor's Mansion (as lowly staff assistant) and my co-worker and I got there early to set up the guest's name tags. The mansion just had a new manatee fountain built in the yard. Then-Governor Martinez walked through and asked me if I'd seen it yet. I said no, so we went outside to look at it. He saw the light of the fountain was not switched on, and he said it could not be fully appreciated without it. While the security guys were protesting, "Let us do that, Governor!" He crawled into the hedges, searched around for awhile but finally found the light switch, flicked it on and then we all said "Awe!" at the fountain.

(4) Yes, in full business attire, (no longer a lowly staff assistant) in Miami, I plunked a quarter into the turnstile, and the darn thing would not open. I only had one quarter! I stood there for a second fretting about what to do next, when a homeless guy nearby took pity on me and showed me how to get on without a quarter. He held the turnstile for me while I squeezed through. What a sweetie.

Love,

Wing<><

I think that we'd all like to hear the story of you meeting Tim and Steven....then after you tell us about THAT, you can lay the "Belly Button" story on us!

ok to make a long story short ... ... back in 96' I went to see one of the tapings of Wings, after the taping I got to meet Tim and Steven, I got to say hi to them, hugged them both and then asked for their autographs which they did give me, as I attached them to this post ...

The story behind the whole piercing incident ... one night me and 2 of my other friends had gotten to together at her house (about 6 yrs ago), sortof like a slumber party, we ended up goofing around, started playing truth or dare, I took a dare from one of my friends that the next day I would go to the local body piercing/tatoo parlor and get my navel pierced not once but twice, so being the good sport I was, I went for it, it hurt like hell ... I no longer have the piercings, 1 unfortunatly got caught on my pants and made a nice scar and the other I took out and eventually closed up
