Hi! I am a new trader to this board and was wondering if any of you could help me out. I am planning on putting all my videos onto DVD-R. I just got a set of DVD-r's from a trade. I think they are so much easier than VHS. Here are my questions. First, is there ANYWAY to put DVD-r back onto VHS?! Does anyone know how to hook this up? Also, I don't have a DVD burner, could I use my regular DVD player and hook it up to the DVD recorder so I can copy them that way? Please let me know if any of you can help me out. I'd appreciate it. I tried to call several places/stores for help, but they basically said they can't help because copying is illegal, but if I figure it out on my own, that's fine. hahaha
any help would be great. thanks |

We hooked up our DVD player to our VCR the same way you'd hook it up to your TV. Maybe the DVD-rs would be different, and I wouldn't know anything about that. We also have a video clarifier which cuts out the copyright scrambling, thanks to dave w. :-)
