Nope, sorry. I can change the size of pictures, and I can making flashing banners, and I can add text onto my pictures but thats all. Pandora is really good at that, maybe you should ask her.

Just suply the pic. o0o but um if you want stuff to blink and stuff, I cant do that.. Ive tried animating them.. cant do it.

When I try and upload it for my signiature it says the picture is too big. I dont know how to reduce it!

Here you go! I tried to make each one a little different. The really small one you loaded is kinda hard to do anything with... theyre too small so you wouldnt be able to tell what it was after.
