If you want to see Dietrich break character and laugh while delivering one of his lines, watch tonight's episode "Middle Age". Watch for it when he's inviting Levitt to his party.

Tonight there is another Dietrich laugh break-up during "Dietrich's Arrest, Part 1". It's near the beginning after he told Levitt he'd be going to a an anti-nuclear protest.

This is my 100th post, all in this group....

Well, if you have the episodes on tape, go back and concentrate on Levitt during the laugh break-up scenes. I'm sure that the reason Steve Landesberg lost it in those episodes, was because of Ron Carey making these "Levitt" faces, reacting to what Dietrich is saying. I think Ron Carey is pretty underrated in BM circles. His character was a "subtle" huge part of the show, in my opinion.
