There have been numerous interviews with seth mcfarlane lately saying that the show is still floating around with possibly other networks and such.....maybe we should try doing something again |

As Pete would say, "holy crap!" and I mean that in a good way. I pray to god that they continue this show. It hasn't been off the air too long. I mean look at Mama's Family, it was off the air for a year and then came back in syndication. Why can't Family Guy just come back in syndication and show on tv networks that would advertise them like the Cartoon Network? This show is just too good to die. I mean people at my school still talk about it even though it has been cancelled. I mean 50 episodes just isn't enough! Come on Seth, save the best show in the world! Family Guy was way better than the Simpsons! Now I hope that Futurama can be saved. I hate Fox, as Stewie would say, "burn in hell!" Burn in hell, indeed. |

I think there might be a chance Family Guy could return. Because of FOX's scheduling, the show couldn't get big ratings. Now, with the DVD and reruns on Adult Swim, Family Guy could get big ratings. The DVD is #1 at Yahoo!, #2 at Amazon, and #6 at Best Buy. If Family Guy got it's third chance (it was cancelled twice, in 2000 and 2002), this could be the one where it becomes a big hit. |

Perhaps Cartoon Network should revive the series. |

Cartoon Network can't revive Family Guy because it's too expensive to produce. But they'd love it if the show was revived since they'd have more episodes to run. The only networks that could revive Family Guy are the broadcast nets and maybe HBO. The only broadcast network that's had any success with animated shows in primetime is FOX. Maybe if a lot FG fans started writing FOX and the other networks again, we could get the show back on. Plus, if the show is revived, FOX would get to release a third expensive DVD set. That could a good incentive for FOX. |

The show is getting huge ratings, according to my local entertainment newspaper, so the show has a slim chance. |
