Default Will they be leaving Philly?

Since Bandstand left for the west coast in 1974, when will the Pryor family be heading for California? That's the best way that Dick Clark can get some skimpy bikinis into this show!

My hope is that Mrs. Pryor (the droolingly sexy Gail O'Grady) will start wearing some hot liitle itsty bitsy teeny weeny yellow polka dot bikinis on the beaches of Mailbu by next season, and the show is moved to the more Howard Stern friendly 10 PM slot!

Jack Pryor would then have his hands full when every beach boy and their dad is hitting on Helen as she enrolls at UCLA when 'lo and behold, who's her new instructor but the just transferred Professor Robby Benson, who we find out was a former college basketball star continuing his role from 1976's One On One!!
Smooching time USA - here comes Gail O'Grady!!!!

I don't know if any of you remember Dick Clark's "Where the Action Is" emanating from California in the mid 60's, but they took the dancing to the beach in mid-week. Just imagine Roxanne dragging her luscious soft full non-stop kissable lips into a bikini along with the rest of the cast!

Does Sam go to the west coast and become a regular on Bandstand? If Dick Clark had his way, Sam probably becomes a member of the Righteous Brothers in a total re-write of music history!

How about Jack Pryor's policeman brother - does he join the force in East LA? Does Jack open up a new stereo store and bring in Sam - or does Jack become the new surfboard king?

All I know is that as the cast grows up, eventually there's got to be more of what women go into acting for - KISSING SCENES!

When that starts, you can be sure the show will get more Extra, ET, and Access Hollywood time, as well as STAR and Enquirer stories, because the steamier the action the more chance for on set affairs. The more on-set affairs, the more break ups of marriages and relationships. That, my friends is ratings, hollywood style.

Until next time - let's dream of Lengies Lips!

Actually, AB moved to CA in 1964, so it should be moving at just about this time on AD, but I imagine that dramatic license will keep the show in Philly.
