Default Name that Show

Each person posts a small part of the words to a sitcom theme song. The first person who can figure out or find out what the show is, names it and posts a small bit of sitcom lyrics for the next person. For instance, if the clue were "Who can turn the world on with a smile?" I'd answer "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and then give some lyrics for another show. If no one guesses your entry for a while, you should answer your own question and post another so that the game doesn't get stalled. You can give a hint if you want. What the heck, it doesn't even have to be a sitcom as long as it's a TV show. I'll start:

"There's a traffic jam in Harlem that's backed up to Jackson Heights."

Hint: from the early 60s.

BTW, even if you don't recognize it, there are ways....

Correct, "Car 54 Where are You."

But when you answer one, you must must leave one of your own for the next person.

All In the Family
i'm awful at this game, but it's fun.

if i'm right...

About the middle of the song " thank you for being a friend, travel down a road and back again, your heart is true, you're a pal and a confidant, thank you for being a friend. "
