This might sound like a stupid question.....but what exactly is menudo??

I'm not sure of the exact ingredients,but it is supposedly a Puerto Rican dish.

menudo is not a food. The word is meant to be funny. Menudo was a singing group out of puerto rico but the word menudo means "small change" like coins.

menudo is food.i brought some in a can one day.it's really good.except there is this meat that feels and tastes like fat.

but it's good when you pick the meat out.i think thats the Menudo your talking about!
