You're not alone. I hated biology too, although I did like human anatomy and physiology.

The only part of Biology that really interested me was when we studied genetics.

I did the same thing. I came close to barfing my guts up just standing beside my lab partner and just watching her do the cutting. I know I would've barfed big time if I had to do the cutting.

As embarrassing as this sounds I actually passed out in my biology class. I also refused to disect a frog - I made my partner do that. I got B's in biology so I'm not complaining because I enjoyed my biology class. Of course, I don't know how I was always talking, but hey whatever.

Funny...we did all that dissecting and stuff in zoology, not biology. It was pretty nasty, but I didn't mind it too much. Except when we were dissecting the fetal pig and found poop in its mouth...never mind.

I did the crayfish dissection.. it was a while ago, but I still remember some stuff. This is a good site to see pictures of a crayfish dissection:

i like biology. we don't have to dissect anything, thank god, sitting next to dead cats was enough. i am really looking forward to the physiology unit of the next 4 weeks.
