Hope everything's alright where you live. We actually had some tornado watched here in California two days ago. Except it was farther north in the Sacramento area. I don't think any tornados would actually touch down around here though. Even though we get funnel clouds, they behave totally differntly than in the south and mid-west.

I'm watching the show right now. Man, they made the airport a "bower" of greenery. It's funny. And I'd forgotten how Faye went in the hanger and showed up BOTH Lowell and Roy on the drums. That was great!

I hope you guys stay safe from the tornados

Anyhoo, I haven't seen that episode in so long. I think it's a funny one. Too bad we didn't actually get to see Lowell and Fay playing the drums.

Joe was a really jerky customer and a coward. He really bugged me last night. He should have apologized to that woman's family. That Carter guy was a jerk too.

Antonio had to spend Christmas Eve with Roy and his mom, the poor guy! I wonder if it was worse than the Christmas where he was held hostage for eating Bob's donut. I think I'd rather be held hostage than spend an evening with Roy and Mama Biggins

hey there ... we're alright here, dunno about the area just south of us (aprox. 10 miles) where they did have tornadoes ... boy I didnt get to sleep untill 2:00 am this morning with all the thunder and lightning and heavy down pours and the constant updates by the storm chasers on the scanner we have, we're currently under a flash flood and high wind advisor as I speak right now ....

i hope everything ends up ok with the weather!!

and as for that episode... I didn't like it. I thought it was boring, and Joe acted like a jerk.

The only cool thing about the episode was Antonio talking about how he and his friend eat eel for dinner every Christmas, because I can relate to that because I'm part Italian, and my Dad's Aunt and Uncle are 100% Italian, and they have the Italian fish dinner on Christmas Eve every year, and my dad's uncle eats eel, and I always though that was really gross. lol! The only difference is that they don't keep it in their bathtub for months beforehand. lol.

oh, and Faye's drumming was awesome. LOL

I never even knew eels were edible. I'm Italian on my mom's side and some of my relatives eat a lot of fish and stuff. A couple of them even put fish or squid in their soup and pasta sauce

Personally, I don't eat meat or seafood at all. It just grosses me out. The only animal product I'll eat is dairy.

Im American/Dutch/Irish and a little bit of all the rest ... ... but theres no way I would ever eat eel ... ... I mostly eat fish (perch and baby walleye) and shrimp ... Ive tried lobster, it wasnt bad but I wouldnt order it for myself ... clams I dont like, it reminds me of chewing rubber ( ok for all you dirty minded people out there, I dont mean the rubber you use during sex ... ... I blow those up, not chew on them, geeeshhhh, ) and I tried octopus at a girl scout meeting but wasnt told what it was till I swallowed it, ... and as far as dairy products I love milk, cheese, and ice cream ...

I think "The Customer's Usually Right" is one of the best episodes of Wings. It was pure comedy all around. Antonio spending Christmas with Roy. Lowell and his drums. Fay getting upset and playing the drums herself. The old lady giving Joe 50 cents as if it was everything she had. Then Lowell giving his thoughts on the movie he watched and didn't rewind. "Sure it costs fifty cents, but it makes that sweet old lady's day." Of course, Roy's scheme at the beginning of the episode getting a hundred bucks from that guy, thinking he was competing against the woman. This is one episode I never taped off of USA. It was well worth the wait.
