Does anyone remember the name of the show in the 80'/90's that had a baby with 1 tooth and a bottle that turned into a rocket?

The cartoon you are seeking is Fantastic Max. His expression was "Dirty Diapers" He had 2 sidekicks - a robot A.B. Sitter and an alien named FX (whose voice was done by none other than Nance Cartwright aka Bart Simpson) He traveled all over the universe helping others, but made it back for bed time every time.
I loved this cartoon!

He's Dynamite with that 4 ply diaper and that safety pin.
