Her last movie was Called "Encino Woman" in 1996. I don't know what she's doing now, Check out the "Where Are They Now?" page here on SO, they have a part on the page about her.

The last time I saw Cathy Silvers was on an episodes of Wings
and that was a few weeks ago.
