Default Special Thanx 2 U All

I would just like to say thanx for being such nice people to chat with, I love chatting about the show and the cast of wings, and thanx for cheering me up when I was so depressed last night, I just got talking to my friend and she said that she was sorry for yelling at me and said that we still can be friends

Glad to hear that things are going better between you and your friend. Sometimes you just happen to catch someone when they're in a bad mood and things get nasty, but then they get straightened out later.

As for the people on this message board, I'd like to say that the "Wings" forum gang is WITHOUT A DOUBT the NICEST bunch of people that I have EVER run across on a public forum!

I've participated in various message boards involving a variety of subjects, and it seems like there are always snobbish, difficult people with attitudes who love putting down others for their thoughts or opinions...and sometimes outright online FIGHTS break out!
I have seen NONE of that nonsense here....Everyone is pleasant, respectful and friendly.

Who knows? Someday we may even organize a "WINGS" convention (with cast members as special guests, of course!) and get to meet each other in person....

Hey, if "Star Trek", "The Honeymooners", "I Love Lucy" and "Andy Griffith" fans can do it, why can't WE?

hey, I'm glad we could cheer you up.

and I agree, I love this place- everyone is sooo nice here!!
I felt very welcomed from the moment I joined this forum!

and like someone else said- we should have a Wings convention someday!! hahaha that would be so much fun!
TV show conventions are great. I've been to 2 "Farscape" conventions (go ahead- call me a nerd ). It was SO MUCH FUN! It's great to meet the actors from your favorite TV show, and to hang out with other fans!!

Yeah, I'm new and I feel all comfy cozy here as well!

::gets warm fuzzies::

A whole bunch of my TXF buds are going to Dragon*Con in Atlanta in August... that's some big sci fi convention.

I'm going to meet up with my friends, but not going to the convention, though. Sometimes I think people are just a *little* too much into their fandoms!

Wings convention, Wings convention rah rah rah.

Love,

Wing<><
