A few hours ago I received a message from Athena with the horrible news that she, her sister Diana and her father were in a serious car accident on the 25th of last month. Thankfully Diana received only bruises and a few stitches, Athena had to have surgery to repair a broken shoulder and very sadly their father (who was driving) was killed instantly. I know especially at a time like this that they would both greatly appreciate hearing from their friends and since we are all members of groups and I would like to think that we are friends, I would like each of you to join me in wishing both of them a speedy recovery and the deepest of sympathy in the loss of their father.
