I don't recall ever having been physically trapped anywhere. But I've felt trapped mentally many, many times (as I'm sure all of us have). It's one of the scariest things.
When I was between the ages of 14 and 17 some of the sh*t that was running around in my brain was really awful and I couldn't get myself out of that state of mind. About a month ago I was reading through a couple of my old diary's from around that time. I didn't actually remember half the things I'd written cos I guess I had just subconciously shut them out. I actually wish I'd never found those diarys again. I think I'll just get rid of them all cos I'll never wanna read that stuff again.

Yes I recently was in a situation I almost couldnt get out of and I was going out of my mind....

My best friends found out I didnt get this toxic crap they are trying to shove down everyones throats and they wouldnt let me see them anymore unless I got it......

I went thru mental hell,I was afraid and I didnt wanna get it........ I havent seen them months and im very sad..... The lady there said she doesnt care about the shot anymore but I dont believe her because if that was the case,she would at least reply to my emails which she doesnt and hasnt since before this really.......

I have been a living wreck for months and its very hard to me to make it thru the days and its even harder for me to sleep........

Very sad what this garbage has done to people........
