WOuld anyone know which episode had Fred wearing a fur coat and someone says to him "man, that's the coolest" and Fred replies "Coolest?, Man it the hottest"

I'm trying to find the episode name and if it's available to buy somewhere on video.

The only two episodes in which I can think of involving a fur coat are "Lucy Gets A Fur Coat" and "The Raise" where Fred is disguised as a woman and he is wearing a fur coat in that one.

I believe it was "Lucy Gets Her Eyes Examined."
