authority that I can come to all of you today and ask a small favor. Easter Sunday, my Mom had a pain in her leg and late that night she couldn't use her leg. Well after a week like that she also devleoped what we thought was a stomach flu. Two more days and she'd had enough and insisted on going to the emergency room. Well, now at noon today (5-2), she's going in to have back surgery. It's been rough here and the only thing I ask is for all you to please keep her in your thoughts. I know I can count on the Chico family and I thank you all for being here!

Dani I know what you're going through. Something simular happened to my Mom last year. She's still in a wheelchair.

I will pray for your MOM to get well and for you too. You will be in my thoughts........

Oh I just can not thank you all enough! LOL I'm so jumpy now, I don't know where to start! Ok, I talked to my mom a few minutes ago and she said she's better. She came through the surgery fine! We both are very relieved! LOL I'm going up there in a little while to see her and I'll have more details then, but I just want to thank all of you for the kind words. I knew I could count on you! Bye!

Well, I can't tell you who, but a little angel told me that all of you would be just the medicine for me and I see they were right, as usual!

I went to see her tonight and she's doing better. She was up laughing and talking and she appreciates all of your prayers. This surgery went pretty smoothly and she seemed to be in only a little pain. We have to wait a couple more days to find out when she can come home, but I'm working on a big welcome home for her! LOL I'm just so glad that things turned out as well as they did.
