Default Is Looks always more important that personality? I think So

I feel tha looks is always more imortant personality. And when i say more important, i mean looks-55% and personality-45%. I have to like the face. Anyone agree?

I'm not going to lie, of course I think looks are important but I do think personality is a little bit higher. Because once you get to know them you look right past the looks. I've never really met anyone who I thought was really uglybut I'd rather take an ok looking person who is a sweetheart over a hot guy who is a jerk.

Okay, I'm seriously being honest here. No lying. It don't matter to me. I'd rather have a sweet guy, then have some hot guy that turns out to be a psychopath and chops me into a million pieces while I'm sleeping.

Hell no. If he's good looking and has a horrible personality, then screw him. I'd rather have someone who's average looking but who also has a sweet personality.
Looks are important; there's no denying it. But there has to be more to a person than that.

I just think you have to get past the looks in order to see what type of person they are and if it turns out that person has a horrible personality, then that lets you know they are not for you.

It's what's on the inside that counts.

The inside matters when the face is attractive. I tried but if I don't like a female's face i don't want to know what's on the inside

Looks do matter. You have to be physically attracted to a person. Personality comes first, of course, but looks really do matter. If you love someone, you love everything about them. Loving someone makes them beautiful through your eyes. It's like that saying: Immature love says, "I love you because you're beautiful." Mature love says, "You're beautiful because I love you."

Looks fade. It's character, integrity and a sense of humor that matter. Who needs a good looking jerk.
Besides, I've always had a rule: I don't want to be with anyone better looking than me.

I'd be lying if I said that looks are not up there in importance.

However, someone with a brain, personality, and something to say is what I need.

That, and that whole not chopping me into a million pieces while I sleep thing that Jenny said. Major turn off.

Talking

After many, many years of looking and being with the good looking guys and the guys who really have it all, I realized that there was no substance inside them. Alot of them had no heart at all. They just were made out of stone. One day I decided to give a regular guy a chance. That has been the last man I ever found. He had a humongous heart and a soul I have never, ever found in no other man. I married him and we are still together till this day. So the moral to my post is "Give a regular guy/girl a chance because they have the " So I say personality is better.....

Looks do matter(thruthfully,I even feel a little guilty saying that) but they don't matter nearly as much as personality. If you find someone with a good personality, they'll look beautiful to you anyway.
