Smile cool picture!

Hey, where did you find that pic? Actually, from what I learned from a website on the show, this picture was part of an ABC promotional campaign to promote the lineup of "The Flying Nun," "Bewitched," and "That Girl." The tag-line was "It's Your Move." "The Flying Nun" replaced the canceled show, "Love On A Rooftop" which was originally hooked up with "Bewitched" and "That Girl."

Someone had a copy of an ABC television promo featuring Marlo Thomas, Elizabeth Montgomery and the female lead of "Love On A Rooftop," I think her name is Judy Crane, sitting on the sofa of the the Bewitched set, each in turn, inviting viewers to stay with ABC for their respective shows. It was a very creative segment with some great mid 60's piano/flute-based jazz music in the background. I don't know why "Rooftop" didn't catch on, but of course, Marlo and Elizabeth went on for a healthy run!

Default Well, that promotional drawing...

.....was from the beginning of the 1967-'68 season, when "THE FLYING NUN" replaced "F TROOP" on Thursdays at 8pm(et), followed by "BEWITCHED" [8:30] and "THAT GIRL" [9pm]. "LOVE ON A ROOFTOP" had indeed been cancelled, but was replaced at 9:30 by the second weekly episode of "PEYTON PLACE".

That ABC promo featuring Liz, Marlo and Judy CARNE ("BEWITCHED" and "LOVE ON A ROOFTOP" were both filmed at Columbia, so Judy just sauntered over from her soundstage to help film this lil' promo) was seen
at the beginning of 1967, when all three were back-to-back from 8:30 to 10pm(et).

I remember when I was growing up, and ABC used to show reruns of "Bewitched" in the mornings, and later they started showing reruns of "That Girl" right after it. They used to advertise it by having the announcer (OK; TV Knowledge Fan, you probably know the guys name! ) say "Look who's moving next door to 'Bewitched' "! "It's 'That Girl' "!

And I used to think that Ann Marie (that's my sisters name B.T.W. Exept MARIE is her middle name; not her last name) from "That Girl" was going to move in next door to the Stevens on "Bewitched"!
