The season final, 'A New Position For Roz' will air on May 20th. There is no description right now, but this couldn't be good! Roz always needs to be by Frasier! She can't get a new position. What do you guys think will happen!?

I think the episode might have Roz deciding if she wants to leave Frasier's show, and this will also serve as the season finale cliffhanger. Then in the season premiere she'll decided to stay. That's just my guess because everytime there are cliffhangers it seems like something big and different will happen but then when the next season premiere airs it'll turn out that the big thing that would've happen won't happen.

If the writers have any sense of realism, Roz should take her new job for the final season. Remember, when Frasier began she was already producing radio shows at KACL - it's high time she moved on to the next stage in her career.

Remember Roz is much more than Frasier's work colleague, she's a much-loved and respected family friend - and this season has featured very few in-studio scenes. Roz leaving KACL doesn't mean she'll mean less to the programme.
