Pretty much report bad conduct of people if it is present and pretty much keep order on the board like law enforcement. And set up cool threads plus what Stacey has stated below.

ok one way we can moderate is looking below the topic posts and click on where it says Admin Options or you can click on edit on any of the posts and choose one of those
