Default Scott Baio was on the sitcom Baby Talk

I just found out that Scott Baio was on the sitcom Baby Talk which I used to watch when it was on in 1991-1992. I don't remember much about the show since it has been 11 years the last time I saw it, but I do remember I was crazy about the show. Does anyone know if Scott Baio was often seen in this show or was he just in it occasionally?

I think he was only on one season, but I may be wrong about that. I remember reading that Julia Duffy from Newhart was on that show the first season, but then the mom changed after that. I don't remember the show being very good, but maybe I just saw a bad episode or something. I was very young at the time, like in first grade, so I don't really remember all that much, but now that I'm thinking about it I'm pretty sure I might have an episode on tape from when I was used to tape the TGIF lineup. Hmm, maybe when I get home from college I should check the tape to see if Scott Baio was on!

The show Baby Talk wasn't lately, it was on in 1991-1992. It's been so long since I saw it that I hardly remember what it was about. Not many people liked the show, and since I was 9 years old at the time, I of course loved it. I don't know if I would like the show if I saw it now.

Yes, and did you notice that the babies in the movie Look Who's Talking and Baby talk nearly had the same name: Mikey(Look Who's Talking) and Mickey(Baby Talk)? I think the only think that was different was that one was a movie and the other was a show.

Now that you mention Tony Danza as the voice of Mickey in Baby Talk, I remember a little more of the show. I do know that Bruce Willis did the voice for little Mikey in Look Who's Talking.

I remember one part of an episode where Mickey and another look-a-like baby(I think in real like they were twins, but didn't play twins on Baby Talk) were at the park talking with each other. I think they were cousins on the show, I'm not really sure. That's the only episode I remember.

I just found out that there was a very similiar sitcom that was made before Baby Talk, from 1960-1961, the title was Happy. I guess Baby Talk was based on this show too, but since I never saw the show Happy, I can only say that it was based on Look Who's Talking. I heard that many shows are based from earlier shows and movies, and the same can be said about movies. The only reason why now I would like to see Baby Talk again is because of Scott Baio.

Scott Baio was a regular on "Baby Talk" during the second season, which starred Mary Page Keller as the mother. The first season starred Julia Duffy and George Clooney (Baio essentially replaced Clooney for the second season).
