in the eposode "the barracuda" fred comes out of the kitchen and has a cigatette in his left hand. he starts talking to lamont and he suddenly drops it on the floor, you can hear it as it hits the floor. i think when the filming started, redd was about to smoke and forgot to get rid of it.!!

I just popped in my first season DVD and checked it out myself, I never noticed it until this thread popped up and I've watched this episode before. It seems like it wasn't supposed to be a part of the scene because Lamont doesn't mention the cigarette as he just asks Fred why is he dressed up and as Fred pulls his pants up you can see the cigarette in between his fingers, after that he drops his hands and then he makes a fist with the cigarette clutched inside his fist then lets go and just drops it and that's when you hear that sound. I guess after filming the scene the director just figured that the viewing audience wouldn't really notice it because filming just one scene would take up valuable time and possibly more money.
