Default To all DAYS fans.....

What storyline made you first watch Days? I first watched because of the Marlena possession. Also my all time favorite character was Kristen. Now, she was the ultimate bitch! She was written so, so well!

well, i would sometimes have to watch Days at my dads house cuz it was his girlfriend's favorite thing, and sometime she had to work, so she'd have me and her daughter watch it for her, then tell her what happened. and that was around the time when Chloe was a loser, and those two evil teens were plotting to dump something all over her at the dance. but i recently started watching Days when the Gemini Twin storyline started.

I never watched Days until Passions came on. I never had anything to watch before Passions, and Days was on before Passions, so I watched it. Princess Gina, one of my favorite characters, had Hope and Stephano locked up in the tower and Gina took Hope's place. No one knew yet. During that storyline, Nancy went and got her daughter, Chole. This was probably in either late 1999 or early 2000, I started watching Days. It was cool. I love Princess Gina, they need her back! Along with Lisa Rinna as Billie, I love those two characters.

The first storyline I remember is when Isabella got cancer BUT that's not when I really got hooked on the show, I got hooked during the Affair in 93 and during Maison Blanche in 94, I was HOOKED after those. And with such great plots following as The Possesion, Aremid, The Queen of the Night, The Secret Room, etc. following I've stayed that way over the years.

The entire Kristen storyline was awesome, from her marriage to Tony, to her falling for John, for her pregnancy and losing of the baby, and even all the characters she played(Susan, Sister Mary, Thomas, Penelope). Eileen was such a good actress on DOOL. I also loved the secret room! She was such a bad girl...

I wish EILEEN would come back as her. The way Kristen left wasn't that good. She was locked up on that island and then the camera zoomed out as she screamed. I just HATED that part. I didn't want her to go. That character was Eileen's best character ever.

My best friend got me hooked on Days. Well anyways, the first storyline that I watched involved Tony, Kristen and John. Tony had learned or was about to to learn that Kristen loved John. That was either in '94 or '95, I'm not sure which one though!

I first started watching Days daily back during the summer of 1995 when Marlena was possessed. Since then, I've been hooked, however, the show became stale in 1998 and since then has gone in phases of being good and bad. The biggest mistake took place in 1999 when the stupid teens came on the scene. They never should have made them grow up all at once.

But the best years that I've seen thus far have been 1995-1997. So much was happening:

Kristin/Susan/Baby Elvis storyline of 1996-1998
The Secret Room of 1997
Sami's manipulations against Carrie and Austin of 1995-1997
Laura's sanity (or insanity) of 1996-1998
The Paris Tunnel Storyline of 1996
The Killing Pool of 1998
Celeste's visions/Jungle Madness of 1995-1998
Stefano's fake deaths/obsession with Marlena of 1995-1996
The Possession of 1994-1995
Tony's Suicide of 1995
Hope's memory problems of 1995
Franco's manipulations of 1996
Jack supposed killing of Peter of 1996-1997

Prior to the possession of 1995, I recall a period in November 1992 when I watched if briefly after seeing Marlena falling into a boiler pit at a warehouse thanks to a crazed Stella.

I have been watching Days off and on since 1983. I watched regularly when Ivy was pregnant by Pete but he still loved Melissa, the Bo/Hope in New Orleans story but I got really hooked, and stayed hooked, when the Kim and Shane storyline took hold in 1984. They were my favorite couple and will always remain my favorite Days couple.

The blue sky, the desert earth, stretching out into the eerie infinity. A beautiful never-ending nothing.
