For now, there will be no more Golden Girls at 11 PM - 12 AM (Eastern) on Mondays and Fridays.

Are you sure it's Mondays too? Because I went to Lifetime's site to check it out and they only removed the Friday airing. They do the similiar thing to The Nanny and Mad About You so they could squeeze in a movie at midnight, but I think they just got rid of Final Justice and are putting a movie in GG's slot. Here's the link to the schedule and it looks the same for this week and the next one.

Monday the 28th will have the 11-12 slot but not the week after.

This really sucks!!!! Why is Lifetime removing Golden Girls from Monday and
Friday's night time slot?

They're also getting rid of The Nanny and Mad About You on Monday nights also.

Are you talking about in May or April when that is supposed too happen? I think they are still showing them at night time. They have it on here even at 11 and 11:30 at night. That is what is going on right now. However, I'm not sure if it is supposed to stop airing later this month.

Lifetime premiered that new movie, and whenever they do that, there's always an encore presentation. It's back next week, so I'm pretty sure It'll be on on Monday nights. However, Friday is gone because of a movie.

Like I said, it was pre-empted just because of that movie. They always show an encore presentation when they have a new movie made by the network.
