Are you sure? Because I remember when N@N first announced that they had acquired it and it was mentioned that they acquired the show for $75 million. *shrug*

There was an article (press release) when N@N first acquired Cheers (like, a yr. b4 it started to air it. i think it got Threes Company and the Cosby Show at the same time too or somethin). it had the amount they paid, but I haven't been able to find it recently. i also remember it mentioned the remastering.
i think 2008 is right tho...unfortunately, it'll prob. end up at only 3am on weekends or somethin by then Doug |
