Default Oh, Please TV LAND!

Bring this show back!! Even if it is shown during a bad slot on the schedule, I dont care. I would love to tape episodes of this show and watch them. This was my moms favorite show when she was little and she would also like to see it again. How many would like to see it on TV LAND again?

Thanks!! Have a nice night!!

I cannot agree with you more. They'll put crap like "The Flying Nun" in a prime time slot, and rerun "Gidget" (32 episodes) and "The Munsters" (70 eps) to death, but no room for "F Troop" on the schedule? Come on! Despite having only 65 episodes to run, Nick At Nite kept it on for 4 years continuously (1991-1995), most of it nightly in prime time. Obviously people wanted to watch it!

Default I wish they would too.

I wish they would put it on TVLand anytime I don't care I buy tapes and record them all. The tapes I have from the early 90's are getting old and worn it's time for some new tapes.

Unfortunately (for a lot of us), TV Land seems to be trending toward more recent "classics" such as Good Times and Night Court, which were both recently added to their line up (with Good Times being played to death even though about 5 seasons or so are already out on DVD).

I'd love to see F Troop back on TV Land as well, as I doubt that I'll buy the 6 ep DVD coming out...I only like buying full seasons of a show...

When we first got TV Land on our cable system in the mid-late 90s it was great having all of those shows from the 60s on one channel, one right after the other... now, on weekends, I don't even watch it anymore, unless I happen to catch the 12:30 showing of Leave it to Beaver... or an early seasons episode of All in the Family (i.e. before Mike and Gloria moved out).
Now, they do run some good 60s shows during weekday mornings, so it's not all bad...but TV Land's prime time is as bad as current network programming.

Tough to imagine a scenario which would bring F Troop back to TV Land, but you never know...and they still could eventually release the series on DVD... I would definitely buy that one!
