I cant remember her Characters name but Who was the handicapped woman who had an artificial leg I believe she was from germany or russia

Did Tonys Witch of a Sister Janice steal her artificial leg in one episode or was it someone else because I remember I saw the person running away with it and she was hoping behind her trying to catch her

Yes. Tony's sociopathic (big surprise) sister Janice wanted Svetlana to return Livia's valuable record collection, so to apply pressure, she stole Svetlana's artificial leg.

I am re-watching the entire series and I just saw the episode last night where Tony's mother dies and the scence at the cemetary where they show the dialogue between Janice and Alla, anyway, they show a close-up of Alla with her head wrapped in a black scarf and she is very pretty, IMHO.

I was wondering if she really did only have one leg until that scene where she is going down the hallway screaming for Janice after Janice stole her leg.
