i would like to know if anyone has information on how many episodes were made of leave it to beaver.

There were 234 episodes of Leave It To Beaver produced. The show ran from October 4, 1957 - September 12, 1963. It aired on CBS from October 1957 - September 1958. Then it aired on ABC from October 1958 - September 1963.

Since,"Beaver,"ran six years that means the show had 39 episodes per season.Boy,it sure has been a loooooong time since the average ammount of series episodes per season was 39.

Wow, I don't even think that its possible to make that many episodes of a series for one season anymore. Especially how high an episode costs to produce nowadays. Production budgets were much less back then, that's for sure. I think the least amount of episodes that are created today for one season ranges between 20 and 25.
