Good Old Reliable Janet Talkback

What are your opinions on this episode?

It was a good episode.. I just taped it a few nights ago. There were a lot of funny parts, but nothing TOO FUNNY. There was a part where Chrissy was trying to dance like the greek dancer, and I thought that was hilarious..

I also like this quote:
Mrs. Roper- I have to write Mr. Roper a note! I'm doing something behind his back I think he should know about.

Am I crazy, or is there a scene missing in between where Janet and Mrs. Roper go to the beach, to where Jack, Larry and Chrissy are at the Greek restaraunt? It doesn't make sense that the episode is about Janet, but she's only seen at the beginning and end of the episode. And, on the credits, you see a guest star who plays Cindy, but we never see her. If anybody has a different version from NICK AT NITE, please make me a copy.

I haven't seen the episode, but I seem to recall someone mentioning that in the uncut episode Cindy is one of the demonstraters in favor of the nude beach and that she comes to the Ropers place to call someone to pick her up or something. I could be wrong about that though.

I like this episode, it gives Janet and Mrs. Roper their due. Plus Janet looks great in this episode. I didn't really like the way she looked in the early ones with that afro, but in this episode her hair (and she) looks good. The best scene is the restaurant scene when Mr. Roper dances with the girl. Good stuff.

Yeah, I agree. That scene at the Greek cafe was funny, especially when Mr. Roper and Chrissy were dancing. That episode was funny. I liked the part when Janet and Helen went to the nude rally at the beach and got naked. Then the beach was raided and they streaked home and hid in the bushes. I gave myself the hiccups laughing so much! I thought Jack, Larry, and Chrissy treated Janet like crap when they left her at the apartment to wait for the phone repairman while they went to the restaurant. It made me mad but Janet showed them! She and Helen got naked at the beach and no one else had the ball to do that! Go Janet and Helen!
