Cool John Redcorn

Am I the only person who thinks the show is not nearly as good now that Dale and Nancy are happily married again?
I miss John Redcorn! I loved watching him run from Dale plus how the two talked together.

Nancy: Honey do you want a beer?
Dale and John: Yes
Dale after a pause: How did he know I wanted a beer?

Cool re: John Redcorn

I haven't watched the show in a while, but I remember when John Redcorn "had to" leave. I liked the whole affair thing with John Redcorn and Dale's wife because it added that little spooky tension...Dale's such a goofball, anyway, he's so obsessed with government conspiracy theories that he can't see his wife's got a stud muffin on the side...

It's hard to pick one, I mean, it's funny for the show, but adultery(sp?) is bad stuff.

Adultery is OOOOOOHHHHH so bad. Bad, bad, bad. It's also great for drama because it adds CONFLICT which keeps the story going.

Every few weeks I post a picture from Lisa Whelchel's Family Dream RV Journal that she made two years ago and put a funny caption to it. Last week it was when she visited Alcatraz prison in the first day or so of her trip, and before that it was her picture on a box of Kellogg's Corn Flakes, a picture of her in a go-cart, and a picture of her pouting at her laptop. Underneath her picture I put a fun caption under it. This photo is from her first week in Oregon where she goes fishing--with a little twist on the Frog Prince fairy tale.

Sometimes I kind of feel sorry for Dale but it is funny how he is so clueless!! He can't tell that his son looks nothing like him or Nancy! I love the episode "Peggy's Headaches" where Peggy finds out about the affair. I vote No though, I just want them to stop referring back to it, like in the season finale.

I think John Redcorn should get a girlfriend(maybe LouAnne ?) and then Nancy gets really jealous and starts an affair with Boomhower! Then John beats up Boomhower so bad that he starts talking normal! Then LouAnne gets jealous and starts flirting with Dale, but realizes thats wrong so so she splits up with John Redcorn and takes off to a spirual outreach program and meets a married older man (but naive as she is,doesn't know it). Then John realizes what he and Nancy could never be together,so he meets an Indian chick that looks exactly like Nancy, except she has brown hair and eyes and tan skin

No, I don't want them back together because they've been apart for like 3 seasons and if they got together again it would be really contrived. I wish the affair would have lasted longer (up to season 6 or 7, maybe till the last season), but I'm glad it ended. I just hope they don't completely ignore what used to be a fairly important part of the show. That is, I want Dale to find out about them later. Maybe in the series finale?

I always liked the John Redcorn breakdown in the episode Sug Night. In this episode Hank starts having dreams of grilling burgers naked with Nancy. Hank unwisely goes to seek the advice of John Redcorn. The moment when John Redcorn deduces that Hank was dreaming about a naked Nancy is priceless.

Quote not exact

John Redcorn: You're dreaming about my Nan, Nan ?!?

(Hank squirming uncomfortably)

Hank: Well I wasn't trying to

Hey John is that a new suede vest?

John Redcorn:Nancy used to like me to wear it when we would have sex...

You want it now?!!!!

Here, take it. It's yours.!!!!

( John breaks down sobbing on the sofa while Hank swiftly exists the premises)
