Wally always had his hands in his pockets when he was talking to Ward and June? Also what was up with those little thin belts he always wore?

I've noticed he always seems to kinda rub his nose sometimes when he talks to Ward and June. Like if him and or Beaver got in trouble and he's too nervous to tell them. Maybe its just me but I think I've seen Wally rub his nose a little when he talks or gets nervous or something. He kinda just rubs his finger between his nose and the top lip of his mouth.
