Question Ebay Auction Items...

Hey everyone... I'm curious about something.

I frequently look through ebay for GG stuff. I will find pictures on there that are signed by the girls. Sometimes the pictures sell for nothing, while I've seen others go for $60+ for the same thing. Anyone know why the difference?

And, if you know about GG stuff on ebay, has anyone bought those copper kitchen pieces that are supposedly from the show? I wonder how authentic that is...

Well, it's not for me, but it would be cool to have a genuine prop that people would know from the show. Obviously, the first thing I would think of is the door with the exclamation point etched into it.

But I'm curious about the signed pictures... some go high, and other's don't sell. I wonder why...

Cool Re: Ebay Items

I haven't noticed that some of them don't sell, but I have 3 of them and one more I just recently won on Ebay. It was a rather total high prize but not up to $25.00, my mom told me not to bid higher than $25.00 and I didn't, but the overall payment was $25.45 including shipping charges, but that was fine with my mom as long as I didn't bid up to $25.00. It just depends on the seller I guess, whether or not it was ok for others to bid on it and it depends on what was going on with the buyers opinion I guess. I wanted to get that same auction earlier but the bid had gone up to over $41.00 or something like that so I didn't bid on it at all then, and the next time it was on, I got outbid, so I am finally glad that I was able to bid on this one and win. It's the Bea Arthur and Estelle Getty signed pic of themselves that I finally got a hold of. I just paid for my auction this week as the bid ended on Monday night.

I remember they had Rue McClanahan's wardrobe from the GG and some of them didn't get up to anything, so he tried it again and I guess got it some of them I am not sure.

I have Rue McClanahan's colored glossy signed photo and Betty White's and all of TGG now I am waiting for my payment in the mail to be recieved by the seller and I am waiting for that pic to come to my house I can't wait to get it!!!!! As I have a frame for all 3 of the others on my wall and will put this one in a frame that is waiting for the pic to get here!!!!!!

The ones that go cheaper tend to be printed signatures, photos that the studio would send out to fan requests etc, not actually signed by the actresses on each photo but copied from one that was.

The higher prices tend to be for actual sigs. Thats what I have found for the majority of the time anyway.

Hope that helps.

Michael.
