One thing I don't understand is why did Officer Kirk disliked Fonzie. Fonzie was a nice guy with a big heart who gave good advice to his friends. Can anyone explain the reason behind Officer Kirk's hatred for Fonzie?

Ditto, I dont know the reason behind his hatred for Fonzie, but i think its because he was a hood, and Officer Kirk doesnt like hoods. Thats hwy I think, but hood or not, we all loveh im!

Officer Kirk said it himself: "I dont like the way he dresses." He dressed like a hood, and that intimidated Kirk. He was trying to make the town perfect so he could take credit for it. He abused his power as officer.

I don't hate Officer Kirk, I just don't like that he hates Fonzie. If he got to know Fonzie better he'd see that Fonzie is a nice person with a big heart. Officer Kirk assumes that just because Fonzie wears a leather jacket and drives a motorcycle that he's bad, but he isn't.
