Angry Sick of "Kurt Cobain was Murdered" rumors!!

I was reading a book at Barnes & Nobile today about Kurt Cobain being murdered, and that Courtney had everything to do with it, all these clues and all that...Anyone know about that? I'm almost expecting to hear something new about that, but it didn't really answer my questions...

I still think he killed himself, I mean, he wrote the note... I've seen pictures of it...

Sad re: Kurt's suicide note

There are these jokers that insist that the suicide note was forged, that there was a different handwriting style than Kurt's and all that. I believe he killed himself, though I'm sure there was
a bit more to it than what's commonly believed. I stll think though that it's all part of the rock & roll legend myth that's foisted on someone who pretty much didn't want to be a legend...
Oh yeah, let me tell you about MY connection to the Kurt Cobain Murder Mystery, Inc. (like, Cap'n, YOU have one??):

If anyone has the stomach to follow the story, there is this dopey journalist named Richard Lee who's made a name for himself with a show on Public Access called "Kurt Cobain Was Murdered". Now this guy happened to work at my job for a while. I never talked to him, because he seemed to be too much into his own trip...Like I would see him sitting there during breaks just staring into the computer screen with his face close up, not doing anything...and I was wondering, what the hell is that guy on?? It's like he was on drugs or something, or just one of the usual psychotic individuals my company has the poor judgement of hiring... I remember the assistant supervisors saying this guy was NOT a picnic to work with, he acted like a total obnoxious ass that no one could figure out.
So later I flip on the Public Access channel and find him on his show, his goofy-ass face just pressed into the camera for this weird, surreal spooky "in-your-face" effect, and I just watched it for less than a minute before switching the channel. I couldn't deal with watching this goob. This nutcase has this pair of thick black glasses and a stupid black mustachio that makes him look totally geeky when he shoves it into the camera. In fact, the remaining members of Nirvana don't want him around, the last I heard they put out a restraining order against him...
There were things in this book that make me wonder, they show a set of Kurt's fingerprints and the fingerprints that were on the gun, and they were seemingly different...But I don't know, it's just something most people have heard all before, so it doesn't sway me. But I don't know, it's like when these people come up with books like this, it's still upsetting...

Thumbs down

I don't think Kurt was murdered.
I do think Courtney knows a lot more about the whole thing than she's letting on though.....

Ditto. That's exactly what I think to. I believe Kurt did in fact kill himself. I mean, there was evidence that he felt suicidal from the very beginning.

Yeah, I believe he killed himself too. Some fans just can't accept that he killed himself because then they would have no one to blame it on but Kurt.

I never heard anything about him being murdered. The only evidence I ever heard pointed to him killing himself, and I didn't think there was any reason to doubt that.

I think a lot of people don't want to believe someone with as much talent and intelligence as Kurt could do something as stupid and selfish as taking his own life.

It's blatantly obvious his death was a suicide and nothing else. The murder theories are nothing but wishful thinking.

That they are, but take into consideration it usually takes two to three business days for a charge to show up on your credit card statement. I could go out and buy something on my VISA right now and it would have a posting date of 4/15 or 4/16, but definitely not 4/13.

I heard that he wrote a letter that said he was leaving the music industry and someone added more stuff in to make it sound like a suicide note or something like that I read on a website awhile ago. I highly doubt thats true.

I think he killed himself.
